After months and months of searching for the perfect house, we found what we were looking for in the Michele Construction Company. Chuck and Micky are the perfect team and it shows in the quality construction and design of our home. We absolutely love our house! Chuck and Micky's meticulous attention to detail was evident on the first day we met with them. Many construction sites are messy and unkept but we were shocked by how tidy and well-kept the work site was. We purchased our home when it was in its final phase of construction and we were included in making decisions about the finishing touches. We never questioned Mick's impeccable sense of style and we were thrilled with the final product. We have lived in our house for almost 3 years now and have not had any problems. If we ever had a question or needed something looked at, Chuck was always available and honored his warranty even after the first year. Our house is quiet, well insulated, and fun to live in. You get what you pay for with Michele Construction. We would highly recommend Michele Construction to anyone who wants to build their dream home.

My wife Jodi and I bought a house under construction in Naples, FL. (which Micky and Chuck helped us find!).  The builder was very slow in getting things done, so, in order to get the home to completion faster, we removed a number of items from their list they needed to complete before closing.  Chuck had been in process of getting his GC license in Florida and would have it before we closed so he mentioned he could bring a crew down from Ohio and knock out a fairly large list of construction items:
   - Wine wall
   - tongue-in-groove beams with shiplap ceiling in the great room
   - butcher block shelving in pantry and bar
   - butcher block on end of our extended island (2 refrigerators underneath)
   - outdoor fire pit
   - 2 walk-in master closets as well as 4 other closets
   - Control 4 system incorporating security, stereo, video throughout the house and wiring
   - blinds in all main rooms
His plan was to bring his crew right after closing.  They’d do all the heavy construction work the first 3 weeks after. Then we could move in and they’d spend about 2 more weeks on the finishing work after we moved in.
Chuck and his crew were amazing and kept to the schedule we’d agreed.  The finished work looked fantastic and we were extremely happy throughout the process.  Micky also did a fabulous job of decorating our house with an interesting mix of modern and rustic that really looks great.  As part of this, she found several dramatic light fixtures, furniture throughout all rooms, decorations for walls and tables.  As a bonus, we were able to save a bit versus using the builder/developer in Florida.  We both highly recommend Michelle Construction for any construction project.
